Does Malibu need some steep time for the flavors to develop?

I just got a big bottle of Malibu and I'm not getting ANY of the pina colada flavor that I noticed in abundance from the small sample bottle I had about a month ago. If I didn't know better, I'd swear I'm vaping on one of the standard menthols such as Truepure. Did something change or do I have to wait or what?

This is just my experience with Malibu. I got one of the free samples and loved it. When it came to market I ordered three 30ml bottles. The first bottle I opened definitely got better the longer it was open. But when I opened the second bottle, it was as good as the first bottle ended up. So for me, steeping in a closed bottle was just as good as an open bottle. I am getting close to open the third bottle soon, and so I will post when I use it. Although people pick up alot of the menthol, I don't, but that may be because I normanly vape Truepure and so when I vape Malibu, it is less menthol. Also, where I don't pick up much coconut, the longer I vape on a bottle, the pineapple flavor comes through more & more.

Well, I will wait a while, but I'm pretty sure what is in that bottle is not Malibu. The color of the juice that I had before was a pretty dark pink. This juice is a lighter pink. We shall see. On a positive note, the Prime 15 that also came with this order is a damn near perfect tobacco substitute. It's been fantastic pretty much right out of the mailbox.

The Malibu I got is very light pink and definitely has that Piña Colada and Coconut taste with Menthol. And I wasn't a Menthols smoker ever.

Maybe wait it out a week and if it still is Truepure, then maybe JB can chime in.

I guess I'll wait, however, I get the feeling I'm under some sort of Halo curse. Actually, it's more like pitchforks

As far as the color, I have Truepure & Malibu side by side now in 10ml plastic bottles. The Truepure is almost completely clear with a slight yellowish tinge to it. The Malibu has a light peach tinge to it. I hope this helps!

I am not a menthol smoker and I just tried the Malibu from a sample pack I ordered a couple of weeks ago. I think this stuff is awsome (did I mention I dont like menthol smokes). I just had to post because I'm very impressed with this, I'm going to get my sister to try it (she smokes marlboro menthol) and then maybe I can get her converted.
