does scots tape count as amod ?

ordered a set of ce2 type "crearomizer . new version"
the problem is i could not find the 2 holes on top to fill them !
tryed forcing my fller tube in anyway and i broke it!!!
i was in a hurry for a vape .
so what i did i used a pc drill to drill a hole in any clear erea then found out that i could use a hobby knife to punch the hole in the side.
and enlarge it slitly.
the mega onse have the sameproblem...but the vape so nice
do wipe with a paper towel....fill with syringe .i prefere the filler bottle
now use the 3/4 inch schotch type tape 3 or 4 inches long and wrap tighly to cover hole ! bend back the last 1/4 of the tape
onto itselv for easy removal for refilling.
absolutly no leaks !! and verry fast to flil.
