does the kanger MT3S supposed to have a black or clear mouth piece?

With the replacement coils on the MT3S's should they be cleaned before using?

Depends on your personal Fussy Quotient. Some people feel they need to clean all this stuff before first use. That usually involves just a rinse through some water anyway. Personally I don't bother.

At the very least you should pull the vent tube on a new coil and check for any "manufacturing debris." One person reported here that when they looked they found a scrap piece of loose metal in the coil area. Not any real personal/health concern, but a loose bit in there could work it's way down the coil assembly and block the vent hole in the bottom so a visual inspection is a good idea.

Wow. I've been using T3's T3s's and ProTanks for over six months and I've never had that happen. Even when a top wick was insufficient and the thing was gurgling - still not leaking out the bottom or flooding. I always use them with the OEM wick in place - 2 pieces of wick. They really don't survive long - some times even one cleaning - so be prepared to replace them. Either with more silica wick if you have it. Or you can "McGyver" some rolled up cotton cheesecloth into a replacement wick. (It actually works quite well as top wick material.)

Are ya sure the thing was screwed all the way down properly? It's about the only thing I can think of that would allow the contents of the tank to completely flood out.

The only other possibility is the PT/Evod heads are slightly different than the T3s heads. Was it the right head? Right below the wick, there is that flat circular piece of metal (looks like a washer) that has an o-ring underneath it. That metal washer is larger on a PT head than it is on a T3s head. Because of that difference, trying to use a PT head in a T3s base might prevent that o-ring from making a proper seal.

If you are using top wicks (and I reccommend you do) and it isn't gurgling or spitting juice up the vent tube... Is this one you have cleaned, or at least removed, several times? Check to make sure all all four o-rings are still there. There are two seals on the T3s base and two on the coil itself. I'm beginning to wonder if in the extreme flooding cases if any of those seals has gone missing.

I either roll up a small piece of paper towel, the length of the tank and stick it in the mouth piece or simply take the PV and in a throwing motion, swing your arm down toward the ground, (mouth piece down) and all that backwash(condensation) comes out.
how do you get the condensation out of the mouth piece?

One other thing: Are you sure the tank isn't cracked? I forgot - I did manage to kill one T3 by running a tank cracking liquid through it. I always check for tank cracking liquids and Mt. Baker Tidal Wave isn't on the list. But it has lemon something in it and it has mint something in it and three tank fulls later I had a leaking T3 that had developed cracks all around the bottom, where the plastic tank fits into the metal at the base of it. I had to clean the plastic tank well - it had become "stained" up with use. But once I cleaned it the cracks were obvious.
