No it does NOT have a stop you will need to count turns as you adjust it , be careful you will blow up stuff at MAX voltage !!!

Blow up stuff?!!! Like your house? Your car? You're scaring me Mike!
JK. I think he means you'll pop attys and cartos at max voltage. Plus you'll get the distinct flavor of burning hair from your juice.

Turn it DOWN 15 turns , this is ZERO , then turn it up from there using the chart , find a spot and work with it a bit , then use the chart and make changes until it is Perfect ! , many people screw around constantly BUT once you find a sweet spot everything will be close to it so just turn it down/up 1/2 turn at a time , from there you will be able to set it to almost anything you put on it ( beside a LR atty !! )

Fran I have tired old eyes so I just bought a cheap DMM, they are really easy to use. Without having one...to start from 0, turn the screw 15 turns to the left. That resets the pot to 0 no matter what setting it is at. Then start turning the screw to the right following the chart for how many turns to make to get to the voltage you want. :) Like Mike said...your Buzz arrives to you set at 4.5 volts.

That would be cool!! I think I have it now. No matter where it is (yes I did turn it several times) Just turn it down 15 turns and it will be at the lowest setting??

In that picture of your meter the connections are crossed because it is showing a Neg - 4.4 is this how they will be coming ?

Great Fran, I'm glad you got it. That meter buzzkill is getting is just the ticket for you. I think I'm going to get one too. I got a meter but that one would be better and I use this other one doing other things. Happy vaping.

I went to Smoking Everywhere Kiosk again today while I was shopping and there was different guys working. They were selling a kit to a guy and his wife. They said hold it, do you want to smoke? That must be their little phrase because that's what they said last time but different guys. Anyway I wipped out the Buzz and they go whoa, what's that? Anyway I take a big puff and they were amazed. Then he ask if he could hold it so I let him check it out. I was trying to get that guy and his wife out of there but the salesman was on them in a minute. They were pretty impressed with the Buzz and the amount of vapor I blew out.
