Does the Totally Twisted GooseNeck work well with the vapemate? Is it worth getting?

Saw some videos and videos. It seemed interesting.

Anyone using a GooseNeck with a VapeMate?
It seems cool. 3 inch or the 5 1/4 inch model?

Is there juice worth getting? I noticed there sample pack is there best selling item which can be a bad sign.
