Yeah that's it! If it happens to you I'm guessing it happens to most, like I said it's annoying when I'm always double checking

These battery charge indicators are actually voltmeters. As the batts drain their voltage drops. The thing is when you hit the button and put the battery under load the voltage also drops temporarily until you stop when batt voltage rises again over a bit of time.

My sigelei's indicator doesn't change but the mod is still checking voltage under load and will shut off the power by that. I would actually prefer to see the drop, but that's just me.

The voltage drop is correct and what is happening. My guess would be what you see is in the software and how fast it updates. If it is showing an average over time or updating every few minutes then you might not see much of an instant drop, if it's showing the actual numbers in real time then you see something that looks completely different but it's not.
