Does this look like 23g Nc wire, trying to rebuild SSOCC coil

The photo shows 32g Kanthal compared to a Kanger SSOCC .6ohm coil.

By using steam engine coil wraping calculator 23g Nc80 is the only gauge that comes out to .6ohms for 8 wraps with 4mm inner diameter. Anyone think this coil could be 23 g.

I built a coil with 22g kanthal. Used a 9/64 bit which figures .1406" or 3.57mm I.D.. Had 7 wraps and ended with .59ohms. The cloud is as good as the original Nichrome wire that was in the SSOCC. It does take a little longer to heatup but works for me. Allot cheaper than buying coils.

I will have to say the original coil may not have been all NC. The 3 inner wraps looked like they was soldiered to the outside coil wires. I'm no wire expert so no idea what the inner 3 or outer wraps where made of
