Does this mean my batt is dead?

I have a Titan Tornado. The battery lights up but won't work with any atty's I have. The atty's work with the PT I have. So is it dead despite the light? I've tried to clean it, no go.

yes 99% likely that it's dead. The battery inside is probably not dead. It's most likely that the switch is shot.

Often the mosfet switch will go out way before the battery does. that is their weekest point.

Most likely it's a goner but try cleaning the battery connection and if you have any contact cleaner you could try just a short squirt as best you can around the button.
