Maybe I made a newbie mistake ordering from them directly? I ordered on the 6th and according to their website it's still in pre-shipping. Just wondering if that's the usual.

I ordered directly from TFA only once. However, it shipped immediately, the same day. Maybe worth sending them a message?
I used to get in 2-3 days after ordered from ca to east coast...shoot her an email to follow up, they are nice

All of my orders were processed Very Quickly. And I they arrived very soon.
I would send TPA an e-Mail and ask them if there is some Problem with you Order? They are All Very Nice and have Great Customer Service.

I placed my last order on Saturday June 5th, it shipped on Monday June 7th and I received it Wednesday June 9th in Texas. I would say that was pretty fast.
I have placed multiple orders with them and they all shipped same day or the next business day.

Thank ya. I actually ordered from a few of these places after I placed my TPA order and had the rest of my supplies day ago! I'll do better condensing my orders next time. Mighta jumped the gun a bit.
oh well, home now and still no order or change to status. I shot them an email to see what's up.
Wow. Bill emailed me back within minutes. It was definitely shipped on the 9th .. the PO is just screwing up as usual. Hopefully it gets here soon.
