Does unflavored e juice need to steep?

I mixed up some 100mg nicotine with PG and VG to create a 6mg base that I can add flavors to. I made bout 80 ml that I plan on making different batches out of.

My question is, how long until the nicotine is fully mixed in? I don't want to accidentally get a bunch of nicotine in one bottle, and only a small amount in another.

Just needs to be mixed thoroughly. No steeping required. As it ages/oxidizes the tobacco taste and throat hit will become more pronounced.

A quick shake each use to be sure no separation has occurred.

Thanks, I thought maybe all it needed was a good shake but I figured I'd ask the pros

Shake it every time you are going to use it though, if it has been sitting.

I've been told by someone in the know, that a uniform mixture i.e. shake-mixed thoroughly the first time, dosen't easilly seperate, except when either frozen solid or reaching very high temps(60C). Of course for added peace of mind it can still be done , though
