I recently contacted a supplier about their full vg juice, mainly because it was very thick and was looking to see about thinning it down. First off, great service, they emailed and actually called me with their response. However when i mentioned i was running it out of a box mod the gentlemen told me vg was not good for high volt mods because at 400 degrees it becomes toxic. Can an atty even get that hot even with a 6 volt mod? I'm running a 3.7 and to be honest a little concerned. Any feedback would be great.

That's the big issue, there hasn't been nearly enough testing to get the facts and we ALL want to know more.

Of course, we're all pretty sure it's FAR better than analogs, but most of us are realistic enough to know these things weren't washed in unicorn tears and are bound to have a few downsides to them as well. Maybe we'll get enough backing somewhere to get some real testing done soon.

As someone mentioned this has been debated. One conclusion in a thread by a knowledgeable poster was:

"So my advice? 3.7 volt vapers, don't sweat acrolein. 6 volt vapers, top up early and often."

Acrolein being the by product of too much heat on VG. Acrolein is also a by product in cigarettes, and is present in the atmosphere as well, which isn't meant to downplay this, just to add to the info.
