I only let it sit with the cap off for 24 hours, after that I've just been storing it cap on in my dark closet. I agree though, from what I've read, air is not good for the nicotine in our juices.
LOL i second that

I only let it steep with the cap off for 24 hours. I've talked to many vendors who suggest this on orders that are made fresh. I've never had an issue with ANY other juice and I've order A LOT.
LOL i second thatBy the way oxygen shouldn't really make the juice taste a lot different it just should just make the nicotine evaporate.
Actually it does more then just let it evaporate but Im not gonna get into a spat over this, speak to someone that sells Nic ONLY and is very educated on Nic and see what they have to say OK
There wouldn't be much to evaporate considering the low water count. Lol.
Without reading anything scientific, I have found that my tv waffle tasted better after steeping a few weeks.
When you have multiple flavors, they need to meld together. Its the same reason why spaghetti tastes better the next day. In my opinion anyway.
Done! Man I wish I would've known I could ask them to make me the old recipe before I ordered it 2 weeks ago![]()
+1 That will most certainly be in my next order. Its funny, I was just pondering this waffle issue a couple of days ago, and thought that it has been awhile since waffle has been discussed. I think they need to just add syrup flavor into the custom one. extra waffle flavor should be another addition to the "make your own waffle"
I just read the post about steeping by leaving the top off. While this may help a bit, the other thing that WILL occur is a more rapid onset of "tanning". As there is no color preservative being added to our liquids, as the nicotine becomes more exposed to oxygen, it will darken a lot quicker than usual.
While inconvenient, it seems that just allowing the liquid to steep on it's own is still the best way to deal with maturing the liquid.
