Do yourself a good favour and open up a failed atty or carto. If it has lead in it and you continue with that type, you are doomed. Inhaling heated lead vapour is deadly. This is why the old lead based paint is now banned worldwide.
Google lead poisoning.
It must have crimped connections or high heat connectors. NO LEAD or you DEAD.

I saw a program on tv about lead based paint last night and this lead me to post this. I tried to wiki it but wiki is blacked out for some reason as this site could be soon I understand. Sad for USA. 2 of my favourite websites have also gone.

They dont all use lead, in fact many if not all have gotten away from lead and are using pure silver soldier or tack welding
