does your slider PCC have this bend?

i just had my PCC replaced because i noticed this gap/bend, but the new one i just received is exactly the same??

Just took a look at mine, and I guess it isn't perfectly flat, but it works just great. Does it effect functionality?

I lent mine out after getting the new PCC, but I don't recall it having a bend. Was it left near sun/heat? Looks warped. Or if it came that way maybe you can exchange it.

I haven't used this one yet. This one is already an exchange and is brand new so it was left near any kind of heat. I thought the first one had warped somehow, like the battery overheated and cause it to warp. But this one was new, battery not even installed and looks like this. If I knew it just came like this I wouldn't have exchanged it in the first place...

I just checked my slider and it looks like that too, on the edge where slider battery is. I would describe it as more of a slight bulge at the seam, rather than being bent. I can press the seam together and then it is perfectly flat. I got my slider back in August and it works just fine.

The other edge (opposite the battery compartment) is perfectly flat. I'm wondering if that slight gap doesn't just accomodate the sliding mechanism.

Doesn't affect the functionallity of the device at all. That happens because the structure is not reinforced from the inside.
