I can't find how u tell if a carto is done.

Meaning its burned up.

I washed some last night using the after boil method in a bowl for 10 minutes then putiing them in a glass of everclear making sure all cartos were submerged than another 10 minute after boil

Blew them out by my mouth and let them sit for about an hour.

Filled them and after vaping them some just seem to hard to draw and don't produce hardly any vapor.

So how do u know when it shouldn't be filled again n thrown out.

Just don't mistake any brown stuff for actual juice. If you vape it, it will taste a bit different, and your vapor production will go down.

Once you are vaping and refilling for a couple of weeks, this will be total old hat.

To make things dummyproof, this is how I vape my carts now:

I vape a fresh cart, and when taste starts to go down, I remove the plastic and rubber stopper and set it aside.

I take a rubber condom, pinch it and cut a hole in it.

I refill using the condom method, replace the rubber condom and I am set. This way, I can always see how things are going.

Hope that helps a bit.
