Carto boil!!

Well I am tired of the turkey baster and water method so I am trying my first "Carto" boil. I just pooped the tops off of the 50 or so empty cartos. I filled a pan with water. Boiled 10 minutes. Swithed water and repeated until the water stayed clear.
I then blew them out and placed them in my dehydrator on the highest heat setting (150). I guess in a few hours I will see how it worked!!!!

I just put then in boiling water for 10 minutes , take them out and leave them overnight on top of a radiator.

I do the same thing, but I put them on my rubber hose and string and sling out as much of the water
as possible before leaving them to fully dry. I use this "spin" method also to fill my cartos.

I used to use the sling as well. But I saw a you tube video with the dehyrator and had to try it

Ive been using the plunger kit from my freedom smokes and then just letting them sit overnight and it works great.

I guess i will be the odd one with a crazy method that seems to work....

I take the drip tips off my 808 carts (works for the smoktech mega dual coil too) put them in a pot 1/2 filled with water, then sit it on the stove and let it boil for about 5 or 10 minutes.

I drain the water, then run them under the clean cold water, put them back in the pot and re-boil them.

Once that is done and they have had a cold water wash, i blow the excess water out of them. This is will i get odd i guess I then take a tin foil baking sheet, put them on their side (not the ends) put them in the oven at about 400 or 475 (as my stove does not work properly) and bake them....yes i said bake them for about 20 minutes......remove them and set them out on a paper towel. If your in a hurry, about 1/2 air cooling and you will be fine....or let them sit that way over night, and your good to go. This can be done for a few metal atties to, but i do not recommend it....

Again this is my method, and i do not take responsibility if you try it and something bad happens (like the carts not working), i am just adding what i do to the idea pot on how to clean them
