They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in buying things online. Purchased the "Black Cherry" e-cig from them as my first attempt at vaping. Ordered on a Friday, received confirmation order, and payment cleared by Monday. Called and emailed them three times each to find out if I could add cartomizers to my order, but never received a response. Got the unit in on the following Friday, but never received tracking/shipping info, not even to let me know they shipped it. Had no choice but to buy cartomizers from these guys, and purchased the two cartons of blanks from them the same day I got my unit (Friday, April 22, 2011). Since then I have emailed them twice, and called three times, none have been returned. I still have no clue if I will ever get my cartomizers. These guys are horrible, and have no customer service skills what so ever. It's sad because I actually quit smoking for 8 days with my starter kit, and had to go back after all the cartos stopped working. Please do not buy from these guys.

Buy a good ecig with manual batteries and soft-cap cartos available. You can add eliquid to cartos and get 4-7 days use out of each. They last a lot longer that way. Manual batteries are less likely to be damaged or killed by leaks from cartomizers, won't turn on accidentally from wind or vibration, and give more control over your hit.

If you want something similar size and much more supported by multiple vendors buy a manual Joye 510 (Cignot,com has a good price), get a nice PCC at NoSmokeVA.com (search for PCC), and get some eliquid and some blank Boge 510 cartomizers (standard resistance, not LR or HV) to try.

510 is the most supported threading in the US.

Have you considered purchasing eliquid and refilling your cartomizers yourself? There are many many awesome vendors that are supported by ECF who ship very quickly!

I have purchased a few sample juice packs (3 ml x 5), and 30 ML of another juice. I was refilling the cartos, but all but one has completely stopped working, and the last one completely taste like junk because of all the different juices I've mixed. Either way I'm hoping these guys didn't take my money and run, and that I'll get my cartos any day. Who knows though. If I don't have them in by Friday I'm going to buy an ego style kit, more than likely the Go-Go.

the go-go is big enough so you can "find out where their house lives" and go give'em a good bump in the head. back in the day we would say "im going clubbing" but i think it means different today. good luck and i hope you get your stuff.

I could be wrong but the "black cherry" looks like it is a 808 ...
so that is something you can continue to use & get compatible cartomizers for .
Hopefully someone else will chime in here & verify this so you will know what to look for ....

I would call my credit card company and dispute the cartomizer charge. Worth a shot. The name of the website should have told you something to begin with...LOL.

When searched individually, they seem to be flavorings, fragrances, or the like...
Id expect similar ingredients in the flavorings of any other E-Juice

I recently got a juice in a PIF that had a liberty flights juice in it. right on the bottle it had a ton of chemicals named........i was like WTF? I'm pretty sure they were using them as preservatives, but all the extra crap is why we quit smoking right?
