Hi, new here and just wanted to see if anyone else has problem with their battery dying after a four or five foot drop onto cement... I currently use blucig and it works great and I really like their cartridges but I wonder if they will replace my battery for me. I hope they do. I've only had it for about a week and already ordered an EVO as a back up.

Battery is dead and am running on one battery and two atomizers

I've got a blu too. My USB cord went out after about a week. I called their customer service, told them it wasn't working anymore, and they shipped me a new one and asked me to ship back the old one. I haven't sent the old one yet, but they already sent me the "shipped" email for the replacement. I'm only guessing, but I would assume they would replace the battery. I've heard a lot of horror stories about their customer service, but had no problems with them when I dealt with them.

Just to save time also, if you email them about it, they'll just send you an email telling you to call their customer service. It does nothing more than waste a day or two to email them about it.

Hm. I have a Joye510 and have already dropped it a couple/few times amongst other *ahem* mishaps and they are all ok? I was considering a couple blu kits since I saw someone had a few for sale but now I am wondering if I want to go that route. And I mean DROPPED, as in barely ambulating and under the influence of a beautiful Merlot and WHAM, dropped on the sidewalk. I may not be all that tall, but they are fine :D

I hope they replace that for you and sorry to hear you only have one battery. It is good that my spouse and I both have a double kit so if one of us gets caught short it wouldn't be for long!

Thanks for the heads up! Prior to posting the question to you all I emailed them about my dead battery and they sent me an email on how to trouble shoot to help me determine the problem. they also mentioned that I should give them a call if I am still problems!

As i stated earlier I really like their carts and haven't found any similar to them yet! The flavor seems to come out nicely with the blucig.

Good to know that they are durable!
