"R-lsales" That's exactly how it's written on both Amazon and Ebay. I was in the market for some new batteries (Panasonic cgr18650ch) and the first thing that popped up on a google search was an amazon listing, 4-pack for 25 bucks. So I click it and look at the ad and it say's 4-pack blah, blah, blah FREE SHIPPING blah, blah. The picture of the item shows 4 batteries and the words "Free Shipping" in the pic as well. Searched a little more but that was the best deal I saw, so I go to check out and it's charging me $4.99 for shipping! Not a huge deal, puts them at $30 for the 4 pack, still a decent price. I wasn't upset and I wanted the batts but I just sent the seller, R-lsales, an email asking for some info on the discrepency. Tried to be really polite about it. Here it is:
I just purchased this item today and in the title it clearly states free shipping as well as in the picture, however I was charged $4.99 for shipping. Any info or a refund of the shipping cost would be appreciated. Thank you.

Your order has been cancelled and Refunded. Please do not purchase the product again. Chinese idiots are allowed to ship for free and put that in their title. THIS IS NOT MY TITLE! I can not list my things on amazon. Amazon has restrictions on small sellers. So I have to sell from other sellers listings just like many other small sellers.
OK, first off, great customer service! Telling someone Don't buy this again, really! Secondly, I ain't buying that he can't put his own title and pic for the items he sells. Idk, maybe that's true but until I hear it from Amazon's CEO, I don't believe it! And third, if I was Chinese I'd really be ......! People should remember that online you never know who you're talking to!
Anyways, I was pretty upset, until I found them from a WONDERFUL Chinese site (lol) for less than what I would have paid anyways. Well, just want to let folks know if you'r buying those batts from Amazon, you may want to pick another seller!
I feel much better now that I've got that rant out of my system!
