Mine did the same thing. I messaged Rob and he advised me to drop a few drops of super glue on the inside, upside down around the 510. Problem solved..

Wow, good thing I didn't use my Quasar on my Woodvil. It would be coming off for sure I guess, if I did. I do not want to take off my atty, just to take the top cap off either. I am using the Derringer on my Woodvil. Next time I take the atty off, I will inspect it. Thanks for the heads up on this.
When I use the vector on my woodvil and I need to re-wick it, I take it off anyways and put it on my Grand to dry burn. I don't like getting any water on the woodvil. Just a bit of a hassle, but not too much.
Until recently this wouldn't have been a concern since I used rm2s which the cap unscrews but now that I am face with caps that pull off and are often stubborn I use a Gripper I had buried in my junk drawer.

Since some of you are having issues with the 510 connection coming loose from the body of the Woodvil..., should we send in the 2015 Woodvil's to have Rob make adjustments? This sounds like a common problem that's bound to happen to all the Woodvils made this year.

but if if's not broken then wait till it starts to be an issue. Maybe a few didn't get installed solidly. As much as Rob wants all his Reos to be perfect and everyone happy I'm not sure a recall is necessary.
