For those of us that have work where we're constantly in front of computers... here's my advice, don't take your PT to work

:matrix:

When I smoked during the work week, I'd go out for a break maybe once every 3 hours in a 9 hour day, plus two smokes for lunch. When I switched to vaping this year, I was bringing my ecigs to work and started out vaping the same way I smoked while on the clock, which helped me keep the battery charged longer. Then I got the passthrough for my home office because I got tired of wearing the batteries down so much...

Anyway, I catch myself vaping every few minutes casually.. I unplug the passthrough, do some work, then come back to the office and plug back in (15 minute intervals, sometimes less). I have a job that is 50% labor and 50% office. I've gone through two cartos in one work day. If I worked fulltime in an office, it'd probably be 4 cartos a day, haha.

Since my co-workers don't care, I chain vape at work for sure. This advice is good, I wish I could leave my PV at home, but I would have separation anxiety and would grave a real cigarette and that wouldn't be good! I started vaping about 0.5ml a day, now I vape about 3 to 4ml... I did lower my nic down to 11mg from 18, however...

At least you have the choice; I'm not allowed to vape at work, because the mega-corporation I work for has, as folks used to say, tarred ecigs with the same brush as cigarettes; they're so proud of their claim to be 'tobacco free', but then again so am I; I read the rules when I started vaping last October, and they lump it in with smokeless tobacco products; totally fascist.

Unless your vaping tobacco extract, which i doubt, then its in no way shape or form a tobacco product. Nicotine, yes, tobacco, not even close.

Nothing is burning, so there is no smoke, no tar. Phase change. Bust out science on them fools.

Going through 4-5 ml of juice in my 3 tanks, in rotation, so I don't have an exact number. If I'd leave my PV at home, maybe it would be less but no can do, then I'd be smoking cigis again..... And, I can vape in the office, boss doesn't care, building management doesn't know........... :)
