Ok, I'm a total noob at vaping. I am a computer nerd, but for the life of me, I can't figure out the lights on my PCC and what they mean.

I have the 808E-PACK that I bought with my kr808d-1. I have it plugged into my PC, have for hours now and can't tell if it's charged or not.

I know the light closest to my ecig battery is for that, but why does it flash or go off once in awhile? And the other light, which I assume is for the pack charging, is always red. Does it turn green when it's fully charged?

I guess I just want to know how I can tell when the pack iteself is fully charged and when the ecig battery is fully charged and I'm kinda lost. No instructions came with it. One little paragraph would have been nice.

How long should it take the pack to charge? How long should it last? Should I take the ecig battery out when it's fully charged so I'm not draining the pack battery? And can I plug this thing into the wall adapter that comes with the starter kit and charge it that way?

Help! Lost!

I had a PCC, but I have not used it in a while. Mine was a bit strange. When the PCC battery is charging the light should be red. As I recall, it should turn green when it is fully charged—it does take a few hours.

When you put a battery into the PCC, the other light will be red and I believe it will go out or blink when the battery is charged. With mine this light always stayed red, no matter how long I left the battery in. However, it did charge my battery.

I have not used this in a while, so the above info may not be 100% correct.

Hm...not sure if your pack has a smart function. To be on the safe side, I'd charge the pack on its own without the battery, and either the light should go off or change color when it's done. I'd then charge the battery in the PCC and see what happens, then you'll have it's whole function figured out. With non-smart PCC's, the battery begins draining after a full charge, so that might be you have these loops causing lights to go on/off.

Ooh, found this elsewhere:
"Are you talking about the one marked 808E-PACK? I have this one also and normally leave the battery screwed in also. I noticed that I was able to charge 3 batteries with it, the short ones mind you, before it wouldn't charge the PV battery. After the PCC is done charging the PV battery the lower light for the PV battery goes on and off, sometimes for a half of a second, sometimes a couple seconds. Any idea why or if I should take the battery out? It's really annoying when it's loose and rattles..." (ryanSTi)
