Don't remove the bottom of the tanks when filling. Get a blunt needle syringe and use it or just tip the bottle onto the open end of the tank.

Triple on the syringe for filling a tank. My syringe holds over 10 ml so I can fill the tanks several times. Not convenient for filling when you're out, but I always carry two eGo's in my shirt pocket, so I'm covered if liquid or atomizer or battery goes out.

Using a bottle with a luer lock cap and a short blunt needle tip makes it possible for me to fill tanks really easily both at home and out. I have a 1/2 inch 16 gauge blunt tip, covered with a slip on tip cover, so the bottle goes in my pocket easily wherever I go, and refilling tanks is soooo much easier now.

yeah. im guilty of it too. i used a syringe with the tanks for just that reason

i usually open the bottom cap, because i am lazy to use syringe :x
