I had one of those days yesterday. But it wasn't a no taste or Elmer's taste. Everything tasted bad in a wierd-chemical-burnt-perfumey way. Even AC tasted off. This is the first time I've ever had that happen and it was gone this morning.

I tried a "new formula" of another vendor's juice for the first time yesterday and it was good to start with, but about 10 puffs into the carto I got that weird taste and then everything I vaped for the rest of the day had that undertone. I'mma test it again later today by vaping that same juice again. If it happens again, out goes that juice! Cause we all know its summin REAL weird if it can mess with the flavor of AC hours later.

I'm like lairkeeper. I go through a period almost every day (right now...) when everything tastes bad. Almost like dry or bad atomizer bad. I know there's nothing wrong with my atty/cart/battery, it's just that it tastes bad. It happens no matter what flavor I'm vaping, or device I'm using.

I have no idea why this is, but it's so weird. Luckily it passes after an hour or so.

I get it usually every day, too. It's kinda like your mouth and tongue get covered in vape-film! I also get on and off cases of dry mouth. I posted a thread about it in the health section:

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/health-safety-e-smoking/87207-dry-mouth-spray.html

I use the mouth spray periodically throughout the day and it helps a lot when that dryness occurs. And it also helps keep your breath fresh and can help liquids taste again.

Ok, not trying to be a killjoy here but if dry mouth spray is needed and longterm taste issues are occuring, for somewhat extended periods, it may be time to consider that there is a problem. Either with vaping itself, or with your personal intake volume of efluid, or possible nicotine level, etc.

I know we all prefer vaping to smoking but we should all bear in mind that this is a relatively new, on the large scale, thing and I think many of us shrug off unpleasant things that could possibly be negative effects in our haste to not want to see it attacked.

Not saying that's the case, not saying smoking's better, not saying vaping isn't a better alternative. Just saying lets all be honest with ourselves and each other and keep our eyes open.
