Don't you think a B&M store should tell you a juice is a tank cracker

Where I live B&M store been popping up all over the place, and slowly been trying each one out.

Well decided to try the newest one out last week, very small place, but really friendly people, and did have testers out for some of their juices, but was very limited on hardware and could tell was pretty limited on experience, as they was blown away by my MVP2 and had no idea what it was

But anyway, decided to try the juice, and get one each for me and the wife, I choose black liquorice for myself and a 'skittles' flavor for the wife, they asked what strength and size and then mixed them up, paid and left.

Now I already knew black liquorice was a tank cracker, but did not know the 'skittles' flavor was, so it destroyed my wife's iclear 16, not really bothered about losing the clearo, as got a .... load of them, but wife wasn't happy as she really liked the juice and doesn't want to switch from using the iclear 16.

I thought well they could of least told me it wasn't good to use in a plastic tank, but maybe they thought I was such a vaping guru (which I'm not) I would know these things. But then a new vaper at my work complained about the same problem for them too from the same place, he even requested them to replace his tank, they said no, they would give him 10% off a new one

Shouldn't these B&M stores be more forward about things like this, I have quite a bit of supplies myself, but new vapers just starting out, like the guy at my work, don't have a stash of toppers and don't even know why it happened, to me this is bad business, and could put off new vapers altogether, as don't realize some juices can kill the plastic tanks.

    Maybe they didn't know?
Did you call and ask them?
After my first tank cracking incident, I've been glass ever sense...and it's all i recommend to others.

I didn't, as got plenty of toppers, but as said the guy from my work went back and they basically said not there fault, but out of good will they would give him 10% off a new tank. I'm not upset about it, just think it is bad business and bad for new vapers that don't know these things.

certainly would be a turn off or fear inducing to a new vapor who didn't know better
and who would have thought skittles to be tank cracker

I would want to know what it is in there cracking the tank

if its not the normal stuff Id be concerned

Wow, this really makes me appreciate my B&M store! Last week I bought an eVod and a little bottle of what I thought was cherry oak (not a tank cracker). The salesperson accidentally gave me regular cherry by mistake and when my tank cracked, she replaced it, no fuss! I feel lucky to have such an awesome store within a half hour of me! Also, they clearly list their tank crackers on their juice menu, so yeah.
