I have the RM3 currently. But much prefere the RM 2. It's unbelievable how small te chamber is on the RM3. I'm sure if I took the time I could figure out a good set up but I never had good setups on it. I much prefere single coils. That being said while the igo-L is supposed to be single coil, I put dual coils on it all the time. Once I modded it for BF it became my go to besides my RM2.

And I didn't drill out a second hole in my igo but left the original hole and simply made it a little bigger. I prefer a hotter vape

It's the RM3 for me. Dunno why, but I don't find the small deck a problem to build on and it kicks (and I mean kicks) flavour.

The RM4 is nice but too airy for me (and I'm a mouth/lung draw kinda guy, not a direct lung hitter).

As for another BF atty, I like the cyclone (which you can get BF enabled from the factory, so I'm not sure if it fits your criteria for BF modded). I find it a very nice atty with AFC.

Yeah, I have been reading about the Cyclones. And I guess I should have worded my questions better, no problems at all with Attys that come BF. I just want one that I can play with Dual Coils on and will work with the REOs.

I know the RM4 is an Atomic Clone. What is the RM5 ?

I like the RM4. I use a regular driptip rather than the cannon it comes with and i find you can regulate the airflow to either mouth to lung, or straight lung and cloud chase on it. I also reckon that you can get a 'smaller chamber feel' to the RM4 if you tuck some wick under the coil(s), so it's quite versatile with a little effort. Of course, running dual coils at 0.3Ω will rasp through any batteries and so i don't run that if i'm going to be stranded somewhere dismal (like work say) for a period of time.

For single coils i run RM2s. but i have a couple with the airholes drilled out to 5/64" and i find that too is that borderline area where you can choose how you want to vape it, depending on your coil build.

Thanks a LOT, supertrunker, I was actually thinking of the RM4. I like the was it looks, and the fact that it says it is all SS instead of brass.

I need to send my old girls to Rob before I can try any cloud chasing builds, they are 2 1/2 years old and are still on their original internals. They will be going to Rob when I order the new Atty (most likely RM4) since I need the top chopped off of one when I get the SO kits put in.

The lowest I have taken my builds is .8 Ohms for fear of dropping springs, I only have 2 spares. I read somewhere people were successfully running .4 Ohm builds on them, but .6 was the lowest recommended. I feel if I only went with .8 I should be guaranteed safe.

Does anybody have more to say on the RM5? The Cyclops looking airholes look awesome to me as well.

Depends on what you're after, but if it's flavor you want, RM3 is amazing. That's my vote for a dual coil on Rob's site (I have a modded Atomic, aka RM4 and don't much care for it). If you want clouds, RM4 or RM5 are probably the way to go (AFC ring and all)
My very favorite right now is the Madz Modz Reactor. Same great flavor/vapor as the RM3, but a bit easier to build on. You have to drill out a second air hole, but it is built for dual coils. I run .5ohms on both RM3 & Reactor on a mini 18490 batteries (amp limit on the AWs is 16.5, so I think very safe over .4ohms)

Thanks yeshe! The RM3 was a thought, but that is a tiny atty to build on for me. I do like clouds. I have the 18650 AWs which are 24 Amp batteries, no problems there. My problem is the contacts in my REOs. I bought mine before the SO kit was made for the REOs,

I'd not go below about 0.6Ω on an "old" Reo - it's possible, but the time you spend cleaning, filing and noaloxing just becomes a pain. At close to 0.4Ω the ice is getting thin; anytime you are checking the spring for sagging every 30 minutes is no way to carry on!

Which is fine - cos 0.6Ω is a great all day vape for me, but i like a little more adventure when i have access to unlimited juice, batteries etc.
