Double clapton on an istick 50W

would depend on ohm rating of that build and what istick will fire... i have some double clapton builds i fire in the 45-50 watt range, but keep in mind, it will drain battery faster using higher wattage... looks like minimum ohm range that will fire is .2ohms
really depends on the coil build - some are in .12 - .2 range, some a bit higher (.4 or so)... the lower ones are fused claptons, higher ones are not fused
you are probably going to want to shoot for something in the .4 or .5 ohm range for that mod - may have a little bit of ramp up on it, but should be able to fire at 40-45 watts (may have to hit the fire button for a second or two to warm it up, let off, then hit it)
and juggler may be spot on - most of my dual claptons i do run at higher wattage to reduce ramp time - and i have some hybrid clapton builds (with kanthal and ni80) that were made by a friend of mine who does some really spiffy coil work
for what it is worth, the claptons have definitely got me spoiled - either those or zippers are my coil of preference on my rdas (only challenge there is they gotta have big post holes for those builds) - very good flavor (depending on how you set airflow) and great vape
