I think the safest bets would be something like Blue Velvet E-Liquid & Blue Velvet Flavorings. All their e-liquids have matching condensed flavorings that you can buy.
note this is just from snooping around the net...I'm sure they're not the only ones to offer it but it does guarantee the flavors match and are stronger. They are a ECF approved supplier though I've never bought from them.

Screw it. I'm just gonna get a juice with a decent nic level, like 48mg or something. Then add a little extra concentrated flavor to it.

Does anyone have some advice as to the best brands of concentrated flavor? I heard some good and bad things about lorranns but I'm not sure. Is there something better?

I get concentrated flavor from Tasty Puff Tobacco Flavoring. I only use a couple of drops on top of my e-liquid (cignots english toffee because it produces a lot of vapor), and you really taste the flavor. I like the rootbeer, cherry, blueberry, mr. bubble and jossy froot because I can reallly taste those flavors when I am vaping.

I have ordered countless e-juices from all over and very seldom do I actually taste what they claim the flavor is, and most of the time I taste no flavor at all, but topping my e-juice off with drops of tastypuff gives me real flavor.

That's what you do with the doublers. Get a higher nic level juice and add the extra flavouring to it. As far as nic juice that's double-flavored already, I think Dawn at DIY is the only one I know of that does that.

As far as good flavourings goes, it depends on what you want. Many use Lorann's, but there's also Capellas, Fairies Finest, Bickford's and FlavourArt to name a few. If you like tobacco, FlavourArt has some nice tobacco flavs. Lorann's is what I use - you can get them in dram-size bottles for $1.40 each. Just make sure that what you're getting is water-soluble (check the ingredients) and doesn't have any oil in it, but taste is subjective for everyone.

I love the double flavors from DIYFlavorShack! but they seem to be overwhelmed with orders and they limited hours of business. Do any other suppliers offer juice with the double flavor option?

MyFreedomSmokes has excellent extra-flavor juices. I highly recommend the Keoke Coffee, English Toffee, Honey, and Maple! I hear rave reviews about their cappuccino, coffee caramel and blackberry flavors but I haven't tried them yet.

MFS sells 36mg and 48mg in the double-flavors.

As far as places that sell both LorAnn's and hi-nic you're rather limited but here is one. They have USA made juice in 48 mg.; right now only in unflavoured, though the site says they are adding more flavs. They also have Capellas and LorAnn's flavourings:

Flavoring | ecigExpress

And yes, as others have posted, MFS does have extra flav juices (forgot that one!) - as of now only non-tobaccos I believe. Many of their juices are quite good and you can also buy unflavored hi-nic from them.

I totally agree! I never taste what they say it is. Thanks for the tip, I think I'll order.

One more thing, this stuff isnt oil based is it? And how does it compare to loranns?

I don't think they are oil-based. It's liquid flavoring you can put on tobacco products and use on e-cigarettes, and it is NOT toxic like e-liquids.

Since TP requires that you order six bottles at one time Thornak (about $25.00) I suggest you go to any smokeshop in your area and buy one bottle to try it out. Many smokeshops carry tobacco flavorings but make sure you buy the "Tasty Puff" flavorings.

There are many flavors but some are more subtle than others, but so far the ones I have tried where you really taste the flavor are: "Mr. Bubble, Root Beer, Blueberry, Cherry and Joosy Fruit. It only takes a couple of drops on top of your e-liquid.

Please let me know what you think of them.

Thornak, at Tasty Vapors the doublers are in one section and the e-liquid (with the nicotine) are in another. You can mix in any ratio you want to get different nicotine levels without losing flavor. I assume the other sites with separate doublers work much the same way.

Right now my favorite is the Atomic Cinnacide (Atomic Fireballs). I have a bottle with a high mg mix for when I wake up and a lower level for an all-day vape.

Tasty vapors doublers are not double the flavor. It is just a no-nic flavored eliquid. Their intention is for you to double your eliquid purchase by ordering a high mg. eliquid. So if you bought a 36mg/ml eliquid from them and a doubler of the same flavor you can mix them equally and end up with 'double' the amount of 18mg/ml eliquid without a loss of flavor.
