I believe theres an APP for this but you might have to pay for it. Whats wrong with ejuicerecipe.com?

We will always be able to get ejuice-mixing-apps through e.g. torrents etc... Indeed it's a sad state of affairs we're getting into currently, but no matter the restrictions we can still help ourselves regardless, so no need to get to much into this fear-hysteria currently rooming these parts of the net

I don't know any for mac specifically, but there's a nice XML calculator stickied here in this sub-forum by scubabatdan which works with e.g. open-office/libre-office/google-drive, so should work on mac too...
