DIY Smoke Juice Calculator

Hi,

I downloaded scubabatdan's ejuice calculator, but the macros it contains won't run in Office for Mac. So I decided to create my own calculator, and I thought I'd share it in case anyone else had the same problem I did. From what I can see of Dan's, my calculator has far fewer features - it's just a simple tool to calculate proportions.
