Was just wondering if anybody knew if their shipping was back to normal.
in my opinion dr.crimmys has the worst customer service available, they hardly ever answer the phones cant get orders out on time ,,and if you make any kind of good suggestion to them ,they get mad & have a million resons why it wouldnt work for them because they are in Georgia ,,they act like a bunch of inbread hillbillies

Yeah, I've seen a lot of fb posts from people who either couldn't get a response from Crimmy's, or they were rather unhelpful about issues until the person posted publicly on the fb group then suddenly they wanted to make it right. Now they're deleting pretty much everything negative on their group. I've also seen a lot of posts from people complaining that their latest bottle of their favorite flavor is harsh, peppery, has no flavor, etc.

If it's still a one-person operation, he got hit hard with his sudden popularity and is likely having a heck of a time keeping up. Leading to the zero customer service, slow shipping, and bad juice mixing. He needs to get some help on board, I bet.

It's not a one-person operation, there are employees. It's not just being slow, it's the attitude of the staff. They blame it on one thing after another while acting like they're doing everyone a favor by making the product they paid for, and you'll get it when you get it. When people complain about juice being inconsistent, harsh, etc.the response is either claiming there's nothing wrong with anyone's juice and they just didn't exactly follow the magical steeping method to the letter, or "mistakes happen". IMO both are dangerous attitudes toward quality control when making something like nicotine juice. Instead of looking into the issue they deny it or say no big deal and delete all the complaints from their fb group.

+1. You forgot to mention that horrible video the owner(?) posted insulting anyone who complained.

Do you have a link to that video? It sounds like they're handling their new found popularity very poorly which is unfortunate because that kind of popularity can be fleeting even without alienating their customers.

I had fairly high hopes for their juice when I ordered a sample pack and was cautiously optimistic that it would live up to expectations after trying it when it first came. Unfortunately only one of them actually improved with age and the other two actually got worse, they also all have a slight harshness to them. The SOD is pretty good other than the harshness, the APAM isn't bad but it lost most of it's complexity after aging, the blue kitty on the other hand has developed a distinct parmesan flavor and is bad enough that I'll probably dump it(a first for me). I wasn't planning on reordering anyways because of the harshness but if that's how they're going to treat their customers I definitely won't be.

When has the harshness thing started? I ordered SOD and COPYRIGHTDMCA around 2 months ago and I'm still vaping them. No harshness, no flavor loss. When I emailed them to ask a question about COPYRIGHTDMCA I got a reply hours (not days) later. A friend recently bought a bottle of COPYRIGHTDMCA after trying mine and he had no issues with it. Just curious as to why the hate for Dr Crimmys has suddenly started.

I think the fact that people can no longer get their juice in 3 days has made people angry and started a backlash. It's frustrating that the wait has changed so drastically so quickly, it was a dream come true to get cheap, decent, custom juice so fast - but I have experienced zero decline/ change in the juice.

It's obvious they're having growing pains. I don't see how they're going to get out of unless they drastically increase their staff, which isn't easy to just do. They claim they're mixing 1 - 2K bottles a day. I hope this growth doesn't completely backfire on them =(

For the last couple months people have been complaining of randomly getting a bottle or two that is harsh and peppery, or barely has any flavor. It's mostly people reordering a flavor they've already had, so it's not just they don't like the flavor. Sounds like either they use more than one source for ingredients, or they keep getting bad batches of ingredients and still use the same source. Or possibly someone screwed up. Some people seem to get through to them fine, others are saying they've been calling and emailing for close to a week with no response. A can personally attest to them deleting pretty much anything that makes them look bad from their fb group. Regardless of the other issues, that alone doesn't look good.

Backlash over shipping is what it seems like to me. I'm not saying people haven't received a bad bottle but the rage seems a bit exaggerated at the moment.

I too hope the growth doesn't kill the product.

I ordered in late january, which I think was right about when the shipping delays started since mine took about a week to ship out. The harshness isn't off the charts bad but it's 70% vg at 6mg and has more throat hit than any of the 50/50 blend 12 mg juices I have, I'm not sure what's causing it but it's in all three flavors.

I didn't mean to pile on, I've been meaning to update my original review but I didn't want to muck up the main thread or start a new one so this seemed like a good place to put it. At the very least it was nice to see that I'm not the only one noticing some harsh notes.

Tastes are subjective so I wouldn't recommend against them just based on my personal opinion, if they have been treating customers poorly though I would which is why I was interested in seeing that video.

I know I sound like a fan girl, I guess I somewhat am since they're my go-to juice supplier and they've been quite good to me. That being said, I cannot blame them for shutting down the activity on the facebook group. I thought they level of service they provided on FB 24/7 was insane and now that has completely backfired on them. People are demanding answers about shipping and expecting immediate replies - they can't keep on top of the activity and there's like 8K people on there or something crazy like that and posts every minute. Then add in the fact that the internet is full of jerks and you have fighting among your customers and a recipe for disaster. Used to be such a friendly group and turned into nothing but bickering between members.
