Tastes are subjective so I wouldn't recommend against them just based on my personal opinion, if they have been treating customers poorly though I would which is why I was interested in seeing that video.

I don't think they have been. I have never seen the owner (Kevin) post any kind of video. There are some group members that make video replies, etc, my guess is that is what LoosWiring saw. However if there was one, I'd be interested in seeing it too.

Robin - off the current topic but have you tried Banana Caramel Crimm or Banana De Leche? Those are the two I'm interested in trying but since the flavor profile seems similar enough I only want to try one.

I was vaping the last of my Banana Caramel Crimm today. It's very good!! That is the only one I've tried. I had the same question as you and asked on the group and most people recommended the Banana Caramel Crimm, so I went for it. I'm not entirely sure what the difference between the 2 is!

I do 50/50 3mg nic. No extra flavor shots. At 50/50 I'm more than happy with the amount of flavor, but your mileage may vary if you vape Max VG. The only thing I get extra in is extra Strawberry shot in the Strawberry OD.

I ordered 3 bottles of Dr. Crimmy's on Jan. 15 and they were delivered on Jan. 20. All of them were smooth and tasty with no harshness at all. SOD with extra strawberry is probably the best juice I've ever tasted, and I've tasted plenty. I hope this is just blown out of proportion and things get back on track. There's a lot more of their juices I want to try.

Yeah SOD is one of the best juices I've tasted. I went with extra strawberry and extra od 60vg/40pg 3mg nic.

Gonna place an order for Banana Caramel Crimm and see what happens.

I know I sound like a fan girl, I guess I somewhat am since they're my go-to juice supplier and they've been quite good to me. That being said, I cannot blame them for shutting down the activity on the facebook group. I thought they level of service they provided on FB 24/7 was insane and now that has completely backfired on them. People are demanding answers about shipping and expecting immediate replies - they can't keep on top of the activity and there's like 8K people on there or something crazy like that and posts every minute. Then add in the fact that the internet is full of jerks and you have fighting among your customers and a recipe for disaster. Used to be such a friendly group and turned into nothing but bickering between members.

Deleting the constant where is my order posts is one thing. Leaving up all the complimentary posts while deleting complaints about quality control and customer service is quite another. It's not much different than a vendor screening their reviews and only posting the ones that give a good rating. And I have personally seen posts from staff members that left me less than impressed with their attitude towards quality control and customer service.

The long wait was not a problem for me, I had quality juice to vape during the wait. My problems started after I received my order and it was all 6mg instead of 3mg. After a contact request on the website and a phone call with no answer is when it became clear what the Dr is all about. My juice would have been great if what I ordered was 6mg with 10 extra pepper/cheese shots. This was a proper learning experience for me as to who to believe when reading reviews, luckily it only cost me $40. I also don't feel like a complainer just want others to make sure they know what they are buying and who from.

I also would rather type in this forum instead of an email that will never be read or returned.

The video was by Joe and I can't remember the last name. I made the assumption that he was the owner based on his saying he had been going through the complaints. It was taken down a day or two after it was posted.

It's possible that he isn't the owner or affiliated at all. I apologize if I was wrong.

I REALLY wanted to like this juice company. And I love that they inspire so much devotion.

But the extremely slow service combined with the bad attitude is not helping them.

When has the harshness thing started? I ordered SOD and COPYRIGHTDMCA around 2 months ago and I'm still vaping them. No harshness, no flavor loss. When I emailed them to ask a question about COPYRIGHTDMCA I got a reply hours (not days) later. A friend recently bought a bottle of COPYRIGHTDMCA after trying mine and he had no issues with it. Just curious as to why the hate for Dr Crimmys has suddenly started.

I had the same experience.I ordered the first week of Febuary,so not that long ago,i sent a messege because the page wouldn't give me a shipping quote,and i got a response maybe a half hour after i sent it.It did take like 3 days before my order shipped,but to me,that's not an extreme time frame,so problem there,and i have been vaping on Crimm brulee and overdose with no harshness at all from either of them.

There is a big problem at DR.Crimmys .......after waiting over 2 weeks to get are order.let it steep for 2 weeks just to put this nasty stuff down the drain
OK IT HAD A VERY PEPPERY TASTE...POSS.BAD NIC....now i am not being picky i am not a rich man and there has been times i had to vape some bad juice just to get by till pay day.
