well i for one am fed up with all this its for the children crap.
its time we stopped coddling them, if they are committing crimes arrest them.
prosecute them,make them do community service or something,and fine there parents.
its there job, not the governments, to watch there kids.
they should take the money they use for running compliance checks on our
local businesses and hunt these little law breakers down.
drug and alcohol use as a whole has bottomed out among the under 18 group.
there is no gateway drug per say.
it could be booze,tobacco,the drug du jure,or there parents meds.
no amount of legislation or money is going to stop youthful experimenters at the expense
of us law abiding folk.
if your not going to hunt these little miscreants down,at least leave us citizens alone.
