Got my eGo yesterday to replace the one that the USPS lost in the mail and I'm loving it! Very happy with Dragonfly on turning that around and getting me a new one out! I will be ordering from them again especially since they have the Congress blend dripping (i.e., Parliament)!

Glad you had a good resolution with your vendor. Most of the vendors I've ordered from have been fabulous. In fact, I'm a bit spoiled by them now. I ordered something not e-cig related and was appalled that it took them a few days to respond to my order. Like I said, I've gotten spoiled by PV and juice vendors here.
Agree w/ you there Hills. I do regular ordering from Amazon and got good service. But in this business so far, I've gotten nothing but unbelievable service...spoiled is great way to put it!
