Draining a new prefilled carto?

During one of the recent sales I continued my buying frenzy and picked up some of the discounted/mis-labeled smilin' menthol carto's. I figured I could vape 'em as is and then re-use the carto for something else since i'm not really a menthol gal.
Anyway, I tried the first one today and they are seriously NOT for me...I don't think they're vapeable (sp?) at all.
So is it possible to completely drain existing juice out of a cart? I thought of the reverse spin that someone mentioned --then soaking in everclear. Do you folks think that would work so that I could refill them?

That is exactly how to do it jbmcdan!

Put a condom 1/3 of the way on over the mouthpiece and spin the juice out, empty the condom. Do it twice.

After soaking them run hot water through them for a couple of minutes, or flush back and forth with a bastor in a glass of hot water, then reverse spin them again to get all the water out before you refill them.

If it's too cold outside to spin them out, just slide a condom 1/3 of the way over the mouthpiece again to catch the water, again do it twice to make sure all the water is out.
