So after 2 months of serious vaping and one month of almost-exclusively vaping, I'm down to a cigarette every now and then. By "every now and then", I mean maybe a cigarette every week or so. Prior to September, I had spent the previous 18 years smoking between a pack and a pack-and-a-half a day.
To go from that to one every 7-10 days is simply amazing. But what's more amazing than that is -- even the occasional cigarette I do smoke, I no longer smoke because I feel like I "need" to. Every so random often, someone will offer me a cigarette, and if I feel like it, I'll take it. And increasingly, I just don't feel like it anymore.
I never thought I would see again a time when this would happen:
"Cigarette?"
"Naw, thanks anyway, man."
