Hello!!! Just wanted to ask you guys for your opinion or has this ever happened to you.

What I have is the Provari with a liquinator and was working great for the past couple of months.
Recently Ive been getting the E1 error message. Thinking that it was the carto so i replace it no questions asked. it worked fine and then it happens again. i take out the carto and replace and it and it worked fine for a couple of days. NOW it happens for the third time and i started to wonder. this time i tried the tank on my gg slim and it worked. im baffled...
now its been happening more and more... i tried cleaning it the way they said on their site and it worked fine for a whole day without the error message but when i get home it keeps happening. I have to remove the battery then put it back in and hope it works.... (sometimes it takes about 4 tries to get it working)

sigh....

if any of you guys have a solution(s) please reply.... i dont want to be away from this lifeline for too long...

Has any liquid gotten inside the unit? If the cleaning does not fix the error, please do email us. E2 errors are really nothing to worry about. Most of the time its an error with the atomizer or voltage. E1 on the other hand could result in a repair or just as simple as the unit needing a good cleaning.
