Ughh... Been on the floor or bed for the last 2 days, unable to stand or walk. I have a herniated disc from an old injury that dropped me to the floor of the workshop; took halk an hour to pull myself over the ground to the bedroom. So painful.

That said, I managed to get up this morning and out to the shop. Moving verrrry slowly and gingerly, but hoping to get a bit of work done today. Was able to get this Peko finished up.

Cross your fingers for me that my back get's back in line...

don't push it Mark. I'm sure you know, it takes a while to heal and for the inflammation to go down. I've had back issues since I was a teenager, but in the last ten years or so, I've focused on stretching my calves and hamstrings everyday and haven't had a spasm since.
I don't know a worse pain! (but I haven't given birth or had a root canal). Take it easy Mr.

Thanks RN! Root canals aren't bad. I haven't given birth either, but I did have a massive double hernia in my early 20s (4" tear crossed by a 3" tear) that my insides pushed thru. Looked like half a bowling ball pushing out from under my belly button. That, and the recovery from surgery, was the only thing more painful than this, that I have experienced.
I'm taking it easy, but find I also need to move around just a little bit to keep things loose. Stretching a lot too.

Fortunately I have a good stool with wheels in the shop and was able to get some light tasks done yesterday.
