Dream BT804 Question

I just received the Dream BT804, bought from Stormy's Vapor Cellar, and I'm having some slight issues. I'm not sure if it's the juice I'm using (Mountain Oak Vapors CountRY4), or if I'm doing something wrong. That juice has tasted weird in all the RBA's I've tried (AGA T+, Terminator, Spheroid, etc). With the Dream, I'm getting muted flavor, though it kicks like a horse. I've had to stop vaping a few times because the nicotine was hitting too hard. Anyway, the flavor is muted and somewhat plastic-y. Also, the draw seems to be tighter than other folk's reports. My T3's are much airier. I've tried using 3mm silica wick, 2.5mm silica wick, and 2(?)mm cotton wick. I've filled from the bottom and turned it over to tighten it, and filled from the top. It seems like the juice doesn't want to get in there like it's supposed to. I've had to loosen the top to get the juice flowing. I haven't been putting the wick in the slots, but have been wrapping it around and barely over the slots. Does anyone have any ideas for what I may be doing wrong?

I don't want to be a pain by bumping this, but I was hoping someone may have some helpful information. I would have posted this in the long thread about these, but I didn't have enough posts at the time. Has anyone got any ideas on this?

Awesome. Thanks for the video link. I hadn't seen that one. I'm going to try that when I get home from work.
