If you had to pick 2 or 3 drill bit sizes for modding rda's, what would they be? What kind (material) of drill bits should I get?

I have a B&D hand drill, pretty good, variable speed (more trigger = faster), and the chuck seems good enough to hold small bits, but how fast should I drill? Use water or oil when drilling?

Getting the IGO W and the Chi-Triot, should be here tomorrow from 101 Vapes. Any advice for these? My only experience so far is rebuilding Kanger heads with Kanthal and I use (and love) cotton; and I've messed with a cheap Phoenix clone but don't like it too much, hoping the new rda's are a step up. Will stick to single-coil for now, and I'll be using an iTaste V3 so I'm not getting into sub-ohms just yet, but when I go dual-coil, will I need an extra and opposite hole on these rda's?

Thanks and sorry if I asked too much here. The pics at 101 Vape are kind of small and there isn't much info in the product description. Thanks again.

Drill bit size is going to come down to your preference for airflow.
I personally like a tight draw, am not cloud chasing as much as flavor chasing, and I almost always do a mouth draw then inhale.
I prefer a 1.4mm to 1.5mm airhole, which is pretty small. I believe 1.5mm is what comes stock on the igoL drippers.

Are you cloud chasing?
Flavor chasing?
Deep lung hit?
Mouth Inhale?

As far as how fast to drill?
I usually go very slow, and use a good amount of pressure, but not so much that you bend or bow the drill bit.
With steel, you want to go as slow as possible.
I'm going to ballpark a guess between 60-200 rpm.
Otherwise you'll burn out your drill bit instantly.
You shouldn't need cutting oil for drilling out airholes.

You won't need a second hole until you want to start fooling with dual coils.

I'm not sure about the airholes on the 101vape IGOW.
If it is a clone from FT, it most likely only has 1 airhole.
But I'm pretty sure the real IGOW comes with dual airholes.

If yours comes with 2 holes, just plug one of the holes with the sharp end of a toothpick until you need that second hole open.

Edit to add, here is a metric/fraction converter table. Makes it easy to find the closest size drill bit available.
1/16" is about as small as you're gonna find easily. At least at a place like ace hardware.

Thank you everybody, thank you very much.

Edit: Don't think I'm cloud chasing ... I do like to vape as I used to smoke, mouth inhale then in the lungs and maybe a little up through the nose. From some videos I've seen, not sure I need that much vapor, but I have never really had a hit that big yet so I'm not sure.

Heading off to Lowe's now to get some drill bits. But I got vapemail coming today ... will it fit in the mailbox? Should I wait? What to do, what to do? lol

I have a plethora of RBAs and I always start with the 1/16 bit. Always do the smaller first. If you intend to go bigger, get a 5/64 bit, and a 3/32 if you want a bigger vape. Always start out slow and apply pressure to the drill. If you can, get some cobalt drill bits. If you cant find cobalt ones, look for the ones that say "made for metal" or something like that on the package. This is all for sub-ohm setups, but the size of the hole you want will depend on your personal preference. I have the IGO-W and IGO-W3 and the holes on the IGO-W were too small for my liking. The IGO-W3 has slotted airhole control. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions!
