Drill my RM2 air hole?

Just got me first Reo in the mail.

Finished the build, pretty satisfied... Going to attempt a dual coil after work.

Question though: Do I drill out the airhole in the cap?

If so, how big? It's super tiny as is.

My RSST was 1/8", but obviously that's a much different situation.

Most use a 1/16th, but be warned that flavor goes down the bigger you go.

I use a 5/64 on my lower ohm coils and a 1/16 on anything 1ohm or higher.

Go too big and you get a big ol' flavorless vape. Lots of luke warm arid vapor though.

Drilled it out to 1/16th. It's a little better. Gonna work with the RM2 tonight a little more... Might go to 5/64 tomorrow.

i had one rm2 that had been drilled out but it was way too airy. even during 45 years of smoking i never did lung hits.

I'm thinking they must! Same here & with all my smoking friends, we never take lung hits smoking. I tried once & never ever tried it again. Seems like 1/16" is the norm for vaping, I don't like 1/16" for mouth to lung hits. I do have some RDAs with larger air holes & they produce nice clouds with lung hits but I don't vape them for more than a few hits, I don't enjoy the vape as much & I'm not a cloud chaser. Air holes are adjustable on them so I tone them back down sometimes. On my Reo I build them for an enjoyable ADV. Guess I'm not the typical vaper?

I do not do lung hits either. I found stock to be to tight for me and 1/16 too large. My goldilocks is using a #53 drill bit.

I rock dual 3/32 airholes on my trident clone @ .4 ohms...massive clouds and bomb flavor but I use epic juices which have more vg than pg

I do both on my 1/16 hole sometimes mouth to lung sometimes straight lung hits this is on .8 ohms and tlmy other rm2 is a stock airhole and sits on a 1.4 ohm vv reo which I normally do mouth to lung but sometimes I still do lung hits

Mostly lung hits. The stock hole is just right for doing either. At 1/16 I have to hit it like a pipe with multiple draws to do mouth hits. This is why I like the AFC on my Cyclone. I can adjust it to whatever I'm in the mood for.

btw mine is at 1/16th and is great, when I add the fat bottle oring under the reomizer the draw is too tight....so no fat oring for the moment. I've got some1.5mm rings on the way, I'll try again with that. But I've considered going bigger at times

Lung hit is taking in the vapor like your breathing through a straw. A direct inhale, as opposed to taking the vapor in your mouth, and inhaling from there. Make sense?
