Drill sizes for box mod?

Just need to know what size a 510 connector needs to be drilled
and also this specific switch, I'm not really sure if you can tell by the dimensions

Just want to make it known I will also be sanding these holes so they don't look like garbage

Depends on the 510 connector... You need a caliper to help out.

I use the closest bit I can find then my rotary tool with a carbide bit to do the final work. May take some practice but those holes are covered anyway. Depending on your 510. With a little practice you can get good. I can make a perfect circle or any other shape now with my dremel. A modders best friend.

On the website for the switch, it recommends a hole size of 16mm. If that is a 16mm mounting hole, that should be a 5/8 inch drill hole.

However, I cannot help on the 510 as there as many, many 510s currently available, and I don't know which one you are using specifically.
