hand drill and a few bits.... do it yourself at home.

place the atty on a steady surface and have at it...
if that is not available, then use thick leather construction gloves.

its a clone, they are easy to drill through with even bargain brand drill bits....

dont waste the money or time having it sent to a machine shop. that is just silly.

at home, with a small vice and quality drill bits, i was able to drill through a Ti top cap, with a hand drill.

It is really not that hard.

Click the banner and you will be linked to where to get the banner, you'll select whichever you like and copy the link and paste it into the signature block in your settings.

I drill my own, it's rather easy with a hand drill and either titanium coated bits or cobalt bits.

Run a length of blue painters tape around the cap, mark current hole locations, remove the tape and place evenly spaced marks where you want new holes, reapply the tape making sure it is level, place the cap in a vice or any wood corner in your house (I use a door frame in my garage) to hold the top cap steady, and drill away. A bit of oil can help keep the bit cool. For new holes it does help to have a hardened center punch and hammer to indent the location so the drill will not wander off of your drilling point, but good bits are easier to control these days.

Other wise, have the shop do the smallest holes in exactly the location you need, making them larger is easy. This might save you some frustration and a bit of cash. Machine shops aren't known to be cheap.

I find that towards the end of my hit vapor production decreases do you think this is due to heat because when I pop the top immediately after my drag the cotton is still soaked. Its not that I m not getting fat pulls cause I can turn a sunny day into an over cast one in a couple of drags; yeah babay! I just wonder if I drilled from 1/16' to say maybe an 1/8" or 3/16 it would perform even better. I m just worried if I drill it out again the pull will be extremely light to light right now I got good flow with a little pressure in the draw so I guess its medium draw medium cloud or light draw large cloud size?
