Drilling vents

I'd like to get vent holes added to my PVs.
I have the Prodigy v1 and v2, SD, and Xhaler.
I'm thinking the Xhlaler design might be open enough that it would vent through the bottom.
Would a machine shop be the place to inquire about this?
I have neither the tools nor the know-how to do it myself.

You might try either Home Depot or Lowes. They could probably do it there but I'm not sure if they have those stores in "Neither here nor there".
