drinking and vaping

Okay peeps, tell me about your vaping and drinking experiences.

I like to indulge in the adult beverages every so often. One weak spot for me is when we get together with friends and sitting on the deck on summer nights. I would chain smoke while drinking my beer. I could easily go through 2 packs of analogs a night.
I was wondering if the same would go for vaping or if I would not be able to stand the combination.
I know there is only one way to find out. I could just picture myself getting a little tipsy and forgetting to add liquid to my carts or something LOL.

Give me your experiences. I think it would be fun to hear some stories..

I love vaping while drinking than smoking regular smokes cause for one you wont run the risk of burning yourself when youre drunk, two you dont have to keep lighting up a smoke every 5 min and 3 I can smoke in any establishment out there!!!

Great point! I guess it is better too because you don't have to be outside sitting on the deck in freezing weather just to smoke.
The only thing I am dreading is the spades games my family gets going where everyone is smoking inside ( no kids allowed of course). I am certain it is going to bother me and I dont want to be one of those people that complain. I hate the holier than thou ex-smokers that act like they never inhaled. LOL

LOL, I hear ya. You may find that you're fine - I'm around smokers and it doesn't even cross my mind to smoke. Or preach. OK, that last part is a lie, but I sit on my hands and bite my tongue.

I vape at the bar all the time , 1. I can vape inside where I go 2. I vape with my old smoking buddies outside ( I still enjoy going OUT for a smoke so to speak ) 3. I get asked all the time WTH is that and explain it to them .

I have not converted many , some have tried it some not , I do NOT try to convert people , if they wanna quit they will try by them self .

anyhow when I first started vaping and going out I had problems with hitting cigs after a few drinks , I just upped my nic level and used a HV device so I got KILLER hits and nic , cravings gone . FYI I started vaping to reduce my smoking not quit , but I ended up quitting anyhow !!

When I drink I still smoke analogs, luckily I only drink Like once a week. I think I'm gonna try uping my nic mg when I drink. I vape 18-24 mg so I think I'm gonna go up to 36mg when I drink.

I still smoke one cigarette a day in the morning with coffee. UNLESS I am having alcohol. At that point, I light up. There is something about alcohol and cigarettes that is just too good. Vaping simply does not work for me where alcohol is involved. I have gotten past driving and smoking and every other trigger that used to mean Marlboros EXCEPT for this one. BTW, it does not bother me even a little that I indulge myself on those occasions, so I am not looking for suggestions.

Kellie I used to use 36mg when out also use a HV device OR Low resistance attys ( If you use a 3.7 volt unit , like the stock 510 etc. ) this will give you the Throat Hit needed when drinking

I got LR atty when I got my Riva and I really didn't like it but I really didn't give a chance I used it for like 20 mins. I gave it to my friend when I put a kit together for him and he loves it. Guess I'll get another and try it.
