Hello @GhostRider7291, can you provide a bit more info please.

What rda are you using?

What resistance is the atomiser reading?

What coil are you using? Metal and coil type if possible please.

What wattage are you using as well?

And what are you using as wicking?

The answer to these questions will help folks come up with an answer for you. Hopefully we'll get things sorted out for you then.

I bought a kangertech drip box 160. Seemed popular and I thought I was going to love it. So far, so good. I'm using the pre made coil and that's cool, but it tastes burnt sometimes. How can I resolve that? Anyone know? Thank you in advance for your help.
Hi mate,
Are you using the "subdrip" rda?
Which coil pack?
IMO, those coils may perform better if you rewick them yourself.
Post a photo of the build please.

Cheers

Pull the cotton, dry burn and clean the coils (orange hot, NOT red or WHITE)
Find a round tool to insert through coil so you can reposition them evenly and remove any kinks or twists.
Adjust height and distance from air flow.
Remove the tool and fire the coils to confirm they heat evenly from the middle out.
Re-tighten coil capture screws and make final position adjustment.
Re-wick.
Pro tip: Coiling is EASY. Wicking is a life long journey.

Cheers

Should I juice up the cotton from the top also?

Certainly when you're putting the RDA on the mod or into use after wicking @GhostRider7291.

Also, as well as your wicking looking dry it seems like you may have too much. As in too much though the coils and in the tails that draw the liquid up to the coils.

With cotton you're looking for a little resistance through the coil as a gauge to the right amount, as when it's wet it'll swell and tighten through the coil.

With Rayon it's the opposite.

Also another good idea may well be to get a good single coil RDA, as their much easier to use than dual coil. There's plenty of originals to good clones/copies of high end that are very decently priced.
