I have been vaping now for over a year, and I NEVER used to buy drip tips. For one, I rarely drip, so I couldn't see the need for it. Secondly, I never used to care what my setup looked like, and to some extent, I still don't want to "pretty up" my tanks.
All that said, I recently purchased a few acrylic drip tips, just on a whim. Now, I seem to order one every time I buy juice or a different tank or something that I need. I look at it sitting in my shopping cart and debate with myself over and over again if I should get it....but I always do now!
That leads me to ask, is there anyone else out there experiencing this? ;) Also, what is your favorite drip tip, and why?

I don't really care much about looks either, but I can't stand the taste metal drip tips leave on my lips. I've since grabbed a ceramic drip tip from RTD Vapors and have been really happy with it. Want to try out some of those Pyrex tips too, but can't justify dropping $25 plus on a mouthpiece. The ceramic was only like $5, so that's my current go-to.

I agree with you! I tried the metal or aluminum drip tips, and it just doesn't feel good in my mouth (insert pun here). I am really liking the Ming styled drip tips right now, and even though I have an addiction, I can't justify spending more than $5 for one.

I don't like short metal tips or short tips in general and I do like glass but they break too easily. I guess that leaves plastic or Delrin of the longer type. I'd like to find a nice tall anodized aluminum tip somewhere that fits a variety of devices well.

My favorite at the moment is just a plastic pawn but the plastics is really hard and it fits everything I have at least pretty well, I don't even remember where I got it.

My favorite material is Tru Stone and then acrylic. My favorite ones are from Molehill Mountain Art Drip Tips and Bull Box Mods... but they're more than $5 :D

when i first started vaping i didn't really care about all the other tanks and all that crap, i just had the basic starter kit i bought off one of my friends that sells kits. I went to visit my local vape shop just to grab some new juices and bought a new protank 2 just for the drip tip and ever since then i seem to be always getting new drip tips.

I probably have accumulated over 30 drip tips over 1.5 years vaping. I have acrylic, stainless steel, pyrex, and Tru-stone. My favorites are made of pyrex (I like the feel of glass) and Tru-stone, because they don't transfer the heat of the delivery attachment. Athough these are always more expensive, they are unmatched in beauty and appearance and they enhance my vaping experience. Below are my favorite drip tips:

This is my favorite, a pyrex tip from Sagewood Glass on my Vapage VMod-XL. I like the shape and feel of the glass, and it's a beautifully unique one-of-a-kind tip. Occasionally my atomizer makes too warm of a vapor (I prefer a cooler vape), and I will then switch out to the longer stainless steel Freudian Tip from Pink Spot. The added length allows the vapor to cool before it reaches my mouth, plus it kinda looks cool to me, like a pipe stem.

Above are Cherry Vape ming-style drip tips on my AGA-T2 RBA's. These are favorites of many vapors and come in multiple colors. I've since upgraded these tips for colored Tru-stone tips from Drip Tip Designz. This manufacturer makes some of the highest quality and beautiful tips that can be found anywhere. Check out the link for the website. Another Tru-stone tip I own is the white one above on my "stormtrooper" AltSmoke Silver Bullet/AGA-T2 from Bulls Box Mods.

Finally, the common Knucklehead tip is one of the most comfortable tips I own. I have a few in different colors for my cartotanks. Their ability to tilt makes them more comfortable to use, and are very practical for vaping and driving.
