I am having some trouble as late with my drip tips breaking off at the bottom. I use a cartotank system. the tips get stuck in the carto and sometimes wiggle out ok.. sometimes the have to be wiggled/forced into the carto.. I am having the thought that this is related to the o rings.. I used the ones that came with the $10 ming (can't remember where I got it or the maker of it) and used the one that came with my Bullie tip.. Bullie had ring issues so I replaced that o ring with one bought in bulk.. that seemed to work really really well for like a week -- good slide in and seal, good removal... then started to get the same issues..

I only buy pre-punched cartos and use the IbTanked XL tank

Both of the drip tips are Acrylic... should I move on to stone? metal? steel?

should I be lubricating o rings every time I put in and take out?

am I cursed?

thanks in advance for all help and answers..

really bummed about the BullieBox tip.. extra long neck and just purchased at vapefest in NY 2 weeks ago for $40 - super sad

i've noticed that carto tanks are really tight compared to my genesis caps, also at the local B&M shops that give taste tests i have to use their tips and sometimes even their tips won't go in...

you can try putting some juice on your orings to keep them lubed, but i use metal tips, can't break those

I third the twisting idea. Despite everything saying it's universal, 510 tips and o-rings and the size of the holes in certain atomizers/tanks do vary in size slightly. Some tips have bigger o-rings, and some have deeper grooves for the o-rings. Try an o-ring from a different tip or something like that. My condolences for whatever they're worth for the loss of your tip(s).
