No problems removing the delrin ones after a use or two but I am still having a heck of a time removing the aluminum ones off my cartos. The only way I have been successful is leaving the piece screwed on to my battery but I don't want to damage the connectors with excessive yanking.

Can I just cut off the washer or will that cause the thing to fall off or not vape properly?

Any suggestions would be welcome. I don't want to be pulling out a toolbox everytime I want to refill or replace a carto.

Aside from that, I really like them, both the delrin and aluminum, I have the shortys. They just kinda seat inside your lip real nice so I don't have to scrunch up and continue to wrinkle the edges of my mouth.

I have the same problem. I've stripped the threads stupidly in one of my mods because of excessive yanking. My husband can get them off fine, but I have the damndest time with them! I gotta pull out my leatherman half the time and then I scuff them all up. And yeah, I've tried the twist and pull and it still doesn't work :(

Drew, you are forgetting something....MAN HANDS....I don't have them! Will it stay on if I just nip off the dang washer? I hate to do it and then wreck it but I am half tempted to go ahead and guinea pig it for the sake of delicate lady fingers everywhere!

PS, got my new order. Love the stainless cartos!!!!! Thanks also for going above and beyone fixing my previous order problem. I can't say enough good things about the 510 cartomizers, no more headaches, flooded attys, no more worrying about frying an atty...just go with the cartos for no nonsense and consistant vaping!

Similar issues here on the Delrin ones. I really like them, much more appealing than metal to me, and I like the profile of them, but they're a bit too tight. I'd love to see one slightly smaller OD, with a different o-ring (similar OD as now, but it would be fatter to take up the slack in the smaller tip OD).

It doesn't matter which (510) atties I use, they're just a little bit too tight. I haven't knowingly lost an atty to removal, but on the v2 and other batteries and mods, it's definitely putting pressure on the atty/adapter/threads, IMO.

I wouldnt suggest removing the o-rings...I put some saffron oil on a couple of my Alluminum tips but they were still tight on the cartos when it was time to take them off...The other O-rings I tried initially were good but seemed too loose after some use...I just thought better tight than lost...But I will look into some looser ones...They actually work fine without them but not sure they wont fall off when they heat up...

I've just been using the delrin ones. I like the aluminum ones on my black cartos and vice versa but I've had to sacrifice ''style'' for ease of use. I scratched the heck out of one of my aluminum tips using a plier to get it off, even though I wrapped it in a towel first.
I've also picked up the habit of just popping of the top of my 510 cartos and vaping them totally topless at 6V's so I can top of with liquid super easy. Just don't leave them laying around like that, the filler dries out something horrid and they don't reuse as well.
