I have a bad habit of grinding my teeth. I usually chew gum to help with it, but I've started taking it out on my drip tips. If I'm on the computer, sometimes I'll clench my e-cig between my front teeth which leads to me gnawing on it. Well, I've worn a pretty good groove in the one I have and feel like I need to get away from plastic tips. I want to get a GV one to support my favorite vendor and I'm looking at what they have.

It looks like my options are ceramic, aluminum or chrome. Any suggestions? I think any of those would deter me from chewing on them, I'm just wondering which ones are sturdier and would fit the Phoenix 3ML tanks and XL's well. So far, all of my tips fit both types of phoenixes, but I'd hate to get one of these and find that they're not usable with both.

Avoid the ceramics. I ordered one, and it snapped off, leaving a chunk inside my Vision Stone.

That's what I was afraid of. Thank you for the warning, I was leaning toward the ceramic for aesthetic reasons. I guess I'll have to get the pawn style chrome ones since I really prefer that shape over flat sided aluminum.

The chrome one is nice but beware it tends to cool the vape at least for me anyways. I like this one these are my goto tips everyday, i have dropped them and abused them and have used them for along time and never broke one, they have more colors too.

I like those too. I think I have all of the vase colors. I use the different colors to identify what's in each carto.

I also like to chew, and I have both the ceramic drip tip and a chrome tip, and I have to say, I still overwhelmingly prefer my plastic ones that I can chew. For the record, the vornados are super-thick and strong, so they are sort of the kong toy of the ecig world IMO. I really liked the rubber drip tip that came with the phoenixes, too, but I stick my ecig in this side pocket on my purse, and I was always getting the tip hung up in things, and one day it got hung up and went rocketing across a parking lot. OK, so I guess my point in all this is the chrome will definitely break you from chewing, but you can always buy replacement tips for the soft plastic visions extremes. :D

The plastic tip and chrome tip were in a race to see what would happen first: would I get the chrome tip before I chewed through the plastic one? Well, the plastic one won or lost depending on how you look at it. I've been using half of a drip tip since the 2nd!!

Finally my package came today and I love the chrome one! I'm hoping I don't manage to grind this one down  Thanks for the suggestions, everyone. You're so helpful, as usual. Also, it doesn't seem to cool the vapor down for me but that might be different for other folks.
